Likewise, if you're a caregiver, especially to multiple individuals, it gets overwhelming quickly trying to keep track of everything they're taking. This Notion dashboard allows you to keep an up to date database and daily and weekly tracker of everything you or someone else is taking.
It's also great to keep track of nutrients you may need as a pregnant or lactating person, and what foods those nutrients come from.

Status - a list of what you're taking, and where you source it i.e. website URL or pharmacy, also includes a "Not Currently Taking" list
